Enclosed are 10 pillars of safety and hygiene we have adopted at our hotels to ensure you have a very safe, comfortable and seamless stay with us.

  • Hygiene stations to be maintained at all entry point for guests. To be equipped with hand sanitizers and face masks.
  • Regular screening of body temperature for guests at entry and exit points conducted.
  • Immediate assistance will be provided to any guest showing abnormal temperature. He/she would be taken to the nearest medical facility for immediate care.
  • Guests arriving without masks to be provided one and guided on proper mask wearing, handling and disposal practices.
  • Guest related safety and hygiene communication displayed at various touch points across the hotel.
  • Deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms after every checkout by employees adhering to PPE standards.
  • Rooms cleaning upon request with minimal contact procedures including handling guest’s personal belongings. Sensitized luggage handling and sanitization.
  • Minimalistic collateral placement in rooms, including newspaper & magazine free rooms.
  • On request Minibar items and dry amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, comb, shoe shiner etc.

  • Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms except in exigencies
  • Six feet distance between all guests and associate interactions
  • Use of Q managers to maintain social distancing at the entry points
  • Yellow line separators to maintain social distancing during check-in and check-outs
  • Check-in and check-out for Groups will be done at a separate check-in area to avoid crowding in the lobby, maintain protocols of safety and hygiene.

  • Seating capacity of halls to be reduced to maintain social distancing
  • Only one entry and exit, hygiene check point, sanitizing compulsory
  • Buffet service in banquets to be done by the associates to avoid the guest from touching the ladles
  • No pass around snacks for banquets
  • All service staff are adequately geared & ensure PPE
  • Associates trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.
  • All employees screened before being assigned duties, and to wear masks at all times
  • All associates instructed to use hand sanitizers/ wash hands with soap at frequent intervals
  • Appropriate PPE will be worn by all employees based on their role and responsibilities and handled with utmost care and as per defined protocols.
  • Daily briefing of associates will be conducted on Safety and Hygiene in areas following physical distancing rules.
  • All teams should be regularly updated with the latest guidelines by WHO and local & central government authorities.

  • Special disinfectant swabs made available for guest's hand held bags, laptops, keys and mobiles.
  • Hotel's vehicles thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before guest pickup as per detailed protocol. Driver's history of travel and illness to be recorded and verified.
  • Use of stickers to mark sanitization status in the rooms and cars
  • Upon guest's arrival, baggage to be sanitized and moved straight to the room.
  • Hospitals identified near the hotel and the emergency contact numbers to be readily available with the front desk
  • Doctor on call readily available
  • Names and numbers of the pharmacy nearby available
  • Employees are instructed to inform the manager in case they observe any of the symptoms of COVID 19 shown by the guest or the colleague
  • Performa invoices can be sent to the guest direct through emails on request
  • Contactless bill payments encouraged. Can be done using UPI payments, NFC enabled credit/ debit cards or internet banking
