Jammu, the winter capital of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, is called the city of temples. Tourist places in Jammu include the Ranbireshwar Temple, Peer Kho Cave Temple, Mahamaya Temple among others, but Vaishno Devi is the most visited Hindu pilgrimage in the state and has devotees throughout the year, regardless of the weather.
