In the East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand on the Chota Nagpur plateau, Jamshedpur is surrounded by the beautiful Dalma Hills. The rivers Subarnrekha and Kharkhai border surround Jamshedpur. The main industries being iron and steel, truck manufacturing, tinplate production and cement.
