This works as follows:-

If you find a lower rate than the Fortune Best Rate available on, on another website and the rate is for the same date(s), room type, number of guests, hotel and rate terms and restrictions then you let us know and we will honor the lower or competing rate and further discount that rate by 10%.

All you have to do is, write to us on, we will verify that the rate meets all of the Best Online Rate Guarantee terms and conditions. Once confirmed you will receive the lower rate and 10% discount.

This policy applies to only the online rates available to the general public. Group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, affinity/association rates or rates which are part of a travel package do not qualify.

Terms and Conditions

1. Fortune Park Hotels Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC limited, guarantees that Fortune Hotels- website have the best room rate available online for any Fortune Brand Hotel ( Best Rate Guarantee Online). This best rate guarantee applies to reservations for guest rooms at any hotels or resorts operated and marketed by Fortune Park Hotels Ltd operated under the following sub-brands: Select, Park, Inn & Resort. For a claim to be valid under this Best Rate Guarantee, it must satisfy all of the terms and conditions herein (the “Terms and Conditions”) and be submitted in compliance with the claims processing procedure set forth below. Subject to compliance with all Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions, If you find and advise Fortune Hotels of currently available lower rate than the Fortune Best Rate available on, on another website and the rate is for the same date(s), room type, number of guests, hotel and rate terms and restrictions, prior to or within 24 hours after making the reservation on Fortune Hotels branded website, we will honor the lower or competing rate and further discount that rate by 10%.

2. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to packaged rates. Packaged rates include (a) Hotel accommodations sold as part of a travel package, in which the property does not provide the extra service, including, but not limited to accommodations plus air fare and/or car rental and/or cruise, and (b) hotel accommodations sold with value added amenities.

3. The Best Rate Guarantee applies to a Competing Rate with rate limitations that are substantially similar to the rate limitations of the rate that can be booked on a Fortune Hotels-branded Website (Fortune Best Rate). Rate limitations include, but are not limited to, advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements, and cancellation and change policies. If there is no Fortune Best Rate available that has substantially similar rate rules to that of the Competing Rate, and the Competing Rate is lower than any available Fortune Best Rate, Fortune Hotels, in its sole discretion, may honor the Competing Rate with the applicable Fortune Best Rate Limitations, room type, and amenities plus a Best Rate Guarantee Reward, provided it meets all other Terms and Conditions. Fortune Hotels reserves the right to deny a claim where the Competing Rate is equal to the Fortune Best Rate, and the rate limitations are substantially the same or the Competing Rate has more restrictive rate limitations than the Fortune Best Rate.

4. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates. Unpublished rates are rates that are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:

• Corporate discount rates

• Group rates

• Meeting rates

• Direct mail solicitations

• Electronic mail solicitations

• Any rates requiring a discount code or coupon

5. Fortune Hotels Customer Care Associates have the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including, but not limited to, determining that the claim is for the same hotel, room type, dates, and that it meets all Terms and Conditions, and Claim Processing requirements.

6. A claim must be submitted prior to, or within 24 hours after, making a reservation through a Fortune Hotels-branded Website, and 24 hours before scheduled arrival. If the original reservation was made within 24 hours of arrival, the Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable. For non-English websites, 48 hours prior to arrival is required for claim processing. An original reservation refers to the initial reservation made through a Fortune Hotels-branded Website and does not include modified or cancelled reservations.

7. The Fortune Hotels Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations booked through a Competing Room provider. If a reservation is booked through a Competing Room provider, Fortune Hotels is not responsible for any fees associated with the cancellation of that reservation.

8. The Fortune Hotels Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the Competing Rate is found on a Fortune Hotels-Website.

9. Fortune Hotels reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim.

10. If, for any reason, following receipt of confirmation of a valid claim and creation of a Best Rate Guarantee reservation, the Fortune Hotels does not honor the Best Rate Guarantee rate, you must contact the Customer Care Department within 15 days of the conclusion of your stay with the reservation number for your claim. The Customer Care Department will investigate the denied Best Rate Guarantee and will arrange reimbursement of the difference between the room rate charged and the confirmed Best Rate Guarantee rate, provided the room rate charged is higher than the confirmed Best Rate Guarantee rate.

11. Indemnity

 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FPHL and/ or its associate entities, their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Best Gurantee policy on the website material or your breach of these terms and conditions of policy use.

12. Liability While all reasonable care has been taken in providing the content on this policy, FPHL and / or its associate entities shall not be responsible or liable as to the completeness or correctness of such information and any or all consequential liabilities arising out of use of any information or contents on this policy. Under no circumstances (including negligence and fundamental breach) will FPHL or anyone else involved in providing the service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or losses from or through the use of or inability to use the service or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, even if advised of the possibility thereof. The policy is provided on an 'as is' basis without any warranties either express or implied whatsoever. FPHL and / or its associate entities, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, including non-infringement of third parties rights, and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content, services, software, text, graphics, and links.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

13. In no event shall FPHL or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name ‘FORTUNE’ or otherwise, mentioned at this Web Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Web Site and the Web site material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organizations or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
