WelcomNet, ITC Hotels's Guest Contact Centre, is functional from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week.

Based on state-of-the-art technology, WelcomNet offers instant reservation facility via toll-free numbers from 300 commercially important locations across India, including all the major metros and the important mini-metros.

WelcomNet is a one-stop shop, without a parallel, in effectively addressing guest contact, be it for reservations, information or feedback. Internally, it is a powerful revenue management and value-led marketing tool.
