We had a wonderful experience when we celebrated our sons Confirmation Party at Fortune - Park Lake City - Thane. The hospitality extended to us was Par Excellence, no exaggeration. Must admit we were apprehensive when we had initially started a dialogue with the staff. However, Mr. Nishant Koli, the Sr. F&B Executive assured us that they would take care of everything. And were happy that he along with the other staff kept to his word & took care of every little detail. Our guests were delighted & happy too, bcoz everyone said they experienced very good vibes & they commented well on everything including the hotel ambience & decor, the banquet arrangements, the food & esp they were impressed with the staff & their service. And so were we, need we say more. Overwhelmed with the experience we offer a huge THANK YOU to Mr. Nishant & to Mr.Rajdeep & ofcourse to the absolutely sauve Executive Chef - Mr. Anshul & to Maniyappan & his team as well. And the team of Chefs who put together a delectable cuisine for us. As a matter of fact, merely Thanking you all would be an understatement,as our party has been a success bcoz of the efforts of everyone involved at Fortune - Parklake City, Thane. God bless you guys.
